He wasn’t just selling rooms; he was selling the first-ever “Gourmet Immersion” in Tuscany. In 2002, Giulio the Truffle Hunter was born, the first to invent the truffle experience that would see him as the sole performer for at least 10 years. Giulio not only invented a new job now copied throughout the world but was the first to propose it to luxury hotels and international tour operators.
